Manhattan Real Estate This Fall: What Buyers and Sellers Need to Know

As we head into the fall 2026 Manhattan real estate market, I expect one word to define the season: selective. Manhattan is entering September with unusually tight inventory. Active listings in August were down significantly from a year ago, with Corcoran reporting the lowest August inventory level since 2015.
