Clinton Hill

An elevated way of life with a charming college town feel.

Founded by oil baron Charles Pratt in the late 19th century, this neighborhood, named after its elevated location (95 feet), was thought to have health benefits. Originally a working-class area, it transformed in the 1920s with impressive buildings and mansions designed by architect Montrose Morris. Today, it stands as a charming urban destination reminiscent of its grand past.
