Before real estate, Andy honed his ability to think on his feet and maintain grace under pressure in the financial services sector, where he was a professional equity options trader and electronic market maker. As a New York City native with a long successful history of buying and selling properties for himself and his family, he knew that real estate was his logical next step. With nearly 15 years of experience, Andy’s received numerous top-producer awards and achieved record-breaking sales prices at a number of downtown properties. He also achieved a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, which nods to his elite deal-making skills.

Andy holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a marketing degree from the Wharton School. At Penn, he was a member of Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, the Friar’s Senior Honor Society, and a 4 year varsity swimmer and team captain. He is a longtime resident of Downtown Manhattan and a believer in giving back to his community. Andy is an avid supporter and fundraiser for God's Love We Deliver in addition to volunteering annually for the Taste of Tribeca. Andy enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family and also exploring the many diverse restaurants NYC has to offer. In his free time, you might bump into him swimming laps at Asphalt Green, sailing on the Hudson River or enjoying the beach out on the East End of Long Island .
